it is often easy to become disenchanted. One's experience of technology and the music it has produced often lacks a human, emotional, and spiritual dimension. PHOBIA NOVA (tm) hopes to restore those dimensions to experimental music by embracing old and new technologies and exploring familiar and obscure sonic environments, through a performance style that educates, entertains, and directly engages the audience.

Formed and based in Atlanta, PHOBIA NOVA (tm) is an electronic/acoustic music ensemble which perfoms and records contemporary and original works. At the heart of PHOBIA NOVA (tm) is a group of composer/performers, each with an eclectic yet impassioned and personal approach to performance and composition; they have been performing together since 1992.
